Refund Policy

At Link to Growth, we value transparency, mutual respect, and clear expectations. Please review the following refund policy carefully before booking any services.


1. Coaching & Counseling Sessions

All sessions (individual, couples, integration, or coaching sessions) are non-refundable once completed, regardless of outcome or perceived benefit.

Because sessions involve reserved time, preparation, and professional availability, refunds are not provided for completed services.


2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time reschedule.


3. Packages & Multi-Session Programs

If you purchase a package or multi-session program:

  • Unused sessions are non-refundable

  • Packages may not be partially refunded

  • Sessions may be transferred to another date but not to another person, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing

Packages are designed to encourage continuity and commitment to the process.


4. Digital Products & Written Materials

All digital products, downloadable materials, written guides, or educational resources are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access and digital delivery.


5. No Guarantees

Coaching, counseling, and integration work is inherently personal and subjective. While we strive to provide high-quality, compassionate support, results are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on personal expectations or outcomes.


6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing services through this website, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us directly to discuss concerns.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and future booking restrictions.
